SMS Treat clients personal data very seriously using the highest level of security including firewalls.  SMS Never Distribute, Sell or Share any Clients Personal Information.  Clients personal data is protected at SMS by the highest level of security including firewall protection.  This has never been breached.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT - IS IT SHARED:

To enable bookings of clients works SMS obtain names, addresses, contact telephone numbers and email address giving by the client willingly to enable bookings of SMS services.  Our Clients personal information is NEVER SHARED, SOLD or DISTRIBUTED in any way.  Clients personal information is lawfully stored on a high security accounts software package to enable lawful account practice and procedures.  

PERSONAL INFORMATION SMS COLLECT - SECURITY, STORAGE & DISCARDING:

SMS only store client emails for a maximum of 2 years of which thereafter this time the correspondence between client and SMS are electronically deleted permanently. SMS store client engineer job sheets and invoicing for 6 years of thereafter the paperworks are either shredded or insinorated or both.
